Tax returns are done on and one on one services, we prefer that you come into to office but if you cannot come in you can fax or mail or information to us. We will send you an organizer that will help you get all of your information together so as to save both of us time. Mary is the only one that will do your return there are no other people doing your return so if there are question that are unanswered Mary will call you for the answers.

Most returns are done at the time you are in the office.  You will be able to leave the office with your tax return and it will be again review before we send in down by the e-file method that evening. Most all refunds if you have them direct deposited by Internal Revenue Service and Colorado Department of Revenue will be in your bank account with in 7 to 10 days. Internal Revenue Service will always deposit on a Friday and State is unusually on a Monday.

The cost of the Returns will vary depending on how many forms we have to file out and the  complexate of the return.  We change by the form we do not charge to have it direct deposited into your account. We do not do rapid refunds because this is too much cost for you and you are paying a very high interest on the loan that you get which is what a rapid refund is.

If you get a letter from Internal  Revenue Service about you return you are to call us right away and we get see what the problem is and we will do all that is needed to correct the problem. We do charge additional for this unless it was something you forget to give us and we need to file an amended return if it was something we did wrong there will be no charge for the amended return.
